I am Ben Hendrix, motivator, inspirator, coach and international toptrainer. I am 42 years old. In my life I am focussed at creating success for businesses, teams and mainly people. If the 6th child of a black family I faced racism on my first day of school when I was 6 years old. After a turbulent childhood, a heavy nearly fatal injury and an exciting career in the United States Air Force I ended up as a foreign stranger in the Netherlands. After a difficult start, I am now very successful as "Inspirator".

I live my life the best, sparkling of energy and inspiring for everyone around me. People call me a network guru. Since I have had a difficult start as an immigrant in the Netherlands I got many chances which I couldn't exploit because there was no specific help. I consider it as my duty to help immigrants to be successful in their careers. My desire is to connect immigrants and natives by organising network meetings and eliminate barriers, which still block success. I believe that with enough guidance in the early days, immigrants can be very successful in business in the Netherlands. With my people I can offer: Inspiration, Making plans and realizing them. My drive comes from the conviction that I believe in a successful future for everyone.
